1．对产品成型工艺、模具结构及制作工艺进行分析。***模具寿命达到客人使用要求。
2．设计完整的模具结构及加工零件，并提出装配要求及注塑工艺要求。
3．开模前充分分析塑件外观质量缺陷（如收缩等）或模具结构问题（如分型面设置、浇口设置、模具寿命无法***等问题）。
4．模具外观：模具外观必须***无锈迹、无撞痕、无残缺勤等模块缺陷。
5．模具运输：模具运输必须装上锁模片，包装坚固、防锈。
6．模具资料：在模具交货的同时，提供一整套模具易损件和维修保养参考资料。
l 1. Choose a good and suitable mould steel is very important.mould steel: P20, 718, 2738. Usually, we recomend steel P20 for our customers, if they have no special requirements.
l Good water cooling system means less cost and more efficient. If customers have their requirements, we can add the Becu in the core top & cavity bottom
l 3. mould life: 500,000shots. The mould life will longer if you maintain the mould well. Or you use good steel, such as 718 and 2738.
